Daniel Dae Kim entered an initial plea of not guilty to a drunken driving charge on Friday as well as requesting a trial date. The ‘Lost’ star was arrested on October 25 when a Honolulu police officer spotted him driving erratically. His driver’s license was revoked for six months on November 16.
Kim is the fourth star from ‘Lost’ to have been arrested and his fate on the show may not fare well. Michelle Rodriguez, Cynthia Watros and Adewale Akinnuoye Agbaje all had legal troubles and were eventually killed off. The only thing that may save Kim is that he is an original cast member and has played an important role on the show.
The best thing about Viva Laughlin being canceled? The Amazing Race moves from a January start to November 4 in time for Sweeps!

A first for this time around, a lesbian team. There will also be new locales including Lithuania, Croatia and Ireland.
As much as I love TAR, I still can’t imagine the 12th installment being any better than the 5th. Ahhh, The Bowling Moms, Chip and Kim, Colin and Christie, Charla and Mirna, that season had it all.
In a move that should surprise…well…no one, CBS came to its senses and pulled the plug on the dismal ‘Viva Laughlin’, the Hugh Jackman series. The cancellation comes after only two airings of the show, a Thursday premiere and then it’s regular time slot on Sunday. Laughlin had 8.4 million viewers on Thursday, only 40% of the CSI lead-in. The number dropped to 6.8 million on Sunday.
There was only a 13 episode order and they were filming episode 9 when it was shut down. The show had a musical premise and starred Melanie Griffith along with Jackman. No word yet, but we’re assuming the unaired episodes will be torched and then returned to hell.
In it’s place will be CSI reruns until The Amazing Race kicks in on November 4.
Marie Osmond and her partner, Jonathan Roberts performed the samba on Monday’s Dancing With The Stars, then while listening to the judges, a visibly winded Osmond fell back into Roberts and collapsed. Host Tom Bergeron sent the show to commercial and after a couple of minutes, Osmond was well enough to get her marks.
Osmond, 48, was tended to by medics before the show came back from commercial.
